Amanda sizes up your actual belongings and how hard the access is, quotes you one number, and honors it. So long as the load is what you described, move day comes in at that same flat price, with no ticking meter, no mileage add-on, and nothing rounded up.
Are the movers All That Matters staff or hired out?
Our own, every time. Amanda runs a trained, background-checked crew, hands like Chris and Sebastian, and oversees every job herself, so no broker skims a cut and no stranger sets foot in your home.
Can you move through the hot Arkansas summers and winters?
All year. Through a brutal Arkansas July we start early and keep a steady pace so nothing sits out in the heat; when an ice storm rolls through we plan around it and reschedule safely if we must. Your date holds whatever the Little Rock weather does.
Do you move antiques and pianos?
Yes, and their handling is baked right into your flat price. Antiques are our calling card; pianos, curio cabinets, glass, and the other fragile, oversized pieces are shrink-wrapped, padded, and carried by a crew that guards them like their own, so the delicate things arrive just as they left.
Do you wrap and pack everything, or just carry it?
We wrap everything. Nothing goes on the truck until it is shrink-wrapped, bubble-wrapped, or under a moving blanket, and Amanda’s crew can pack the whole home or just the fragile things. It is all in your flat price, and we can point you to storage if you need it between homes.
Can you handle office and apartment building COIs?
Yes. A lot of Little Rock office towers and apartment communities want a Certificate of Insurance and a reserved elevator or dock slot. Just forward the building's requirements and we sort the certificate of insurance and book your window early.
Do you handle historic homes and third-floor walk-ups?
All the time. The tall Quapaw Quarter and Hillcrest homes with narrow old stairs, the steep west-side and Chenal drives, and third-floor apartment carries are everyday work for us, planned and wrapped ahead so nothing gets bumped or scratched.
How much notice should I give?
A week or two of lead time covers most moves, and month-ends and the busy summer stretch go first. If a crew has room we will still take a last-minute or next-day job, so it is always worth ringing Amanda.
Do you take a deposit?
Just a small refundable deposit to hold your crew and your date, nothing beyond that. The remainder is settled the day the job wraps, and quotes never cost you a dime.
How do you handle Little Rock traffic and the river bridges?
We plan around it. The crew times the drive against I-30, I-630, and I-430, works the Arkansas River bridges around rush hour, and keeps to the side streets when it helps, so the window we gave you still holds.
